The view from the room (luxury penthouse Seaview suite) was amazing. The attached balcony gives you the freedom to sit and enjoy the beach from the comforts of your room. Beach is attached to the resort and they have a passage to go directly to the beach. Food is good. But they have limited options. A little more cleanliness and upkeep is required but overall a good experience.

Very good experience. Familiar ambience . Rooms are good. Good service . Well behaved staffs. Food is good. Clean and maintained swimming pool. Great location, just in front of the sea beach .Budget friendly.

A Good resort with very clean swimming pool and staff behaviour is very friendly and polite. Rooms are clean, airy and well maintained.Food a little bit costly (every where though) but quality is good and tasty. Beach and sea facing resort and very good ambience.

A budget friendly and pet friendly hotel. The rooms were clean. Their food tasted quite good and cheap. The service we received is really praising. They have their own parking lot. The sea is just side by side by The Resort. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in Mandarmani, then you can check this one definitely.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Service was excellent. The behaviour of all the staffs were very good. Food was very tasty. Swimming pool was clean. Last but not the least its right there on the beach. Overall nice stay. Hope to visit again.

Went with my family, 4 people from 23rd to 25th December 2023. Had a booked a 4 bedder room. The room size was big but the amenities and layout was so bad. Had a small old fridge which had water leaking. The worst part was the bathroom. It was not cleaned till be had checked out. It had a fould smell all through our stay. Water was getting logged near the toilet. All the taps and fixtures were so old and rusty and looked so dirty. All the staffs lacked professionalism and had no clue. Every thing had to be asked for. Both the days we got same breakfast, bread and Puri. Breakfast timing was from 8 but on 25th it was served from 8:45 am. Even the location was so far away almost towards the end. The property clealr lacked maintenance. Certainly there are much better options availabe considering there charged us almost 6k plus per night.

Really best value resort at reasonable price tariff and complimentary breakfast ..kids friendly and quite lively pool...just back side , beach side pathway needs to be cleaned....food really awesome and freshly cooked

Good location. Beach is nearby. Just one thing, please provide a switch or intercom in room to contact or call for room service/food orders. Swimming pool is nice.
